There are circumstances which do not allow any delay, which bring people together in urban and in digital space. This urgency goes together with excitement, the feeling of a fresh start, a moment in which everything seems possible. This moment is connected with a rhythm, music, movement. But the questions are remaining: Who owns the public sphere? Who as access, how are temporary communities initiated, and how can moments of antagonisme produce something new? And with which means can art interact in the urban space?
